The unique opportunity to coordinate a college access program distinguishes Let’s Get Ready director positions as an emerging premier non-profit internship experience. Each LGR program is run by two college student Co-Directors. Directors are introduced to the economic, political, social, and psychological factors that influence access to educational opportunity. These unique paid internship opportunities engage students at the college level in intensive work in the fields of education, non-profit management and community building.

Qualifications:
Eligible applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate university program; have experience and/or interest in working with high school youth; possess strong organizational, communication and leadership skills; and be willing to take initiative. Previous LGR coaching (tutoring) experience is not required, but those who have coached before are strongly encouraged to apply. Former Let's Get Ready students are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Fall Semester Compensation:
- Co-Directors: $1750 each for the semester
