BECOME A SITE DIRECTOR

Becoming a Site Director is a paid internship opportunity for those who are interested in the areas of education, non-profit management and community building.

The work you do here will directly impact the lives of motivated students interested in pursuing their dreams of attending college. The challenges you face as a Site Director are unlike those you may encounter in other internship programs. 

Our Directors are leaders. They have strong organizational skills and take initiative.

If you’re a former LGR Coach looking to move up or someone who went through the LGR program as a high school student this is a great way to stay involved and you are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • You must be a US citizen or retain permanent residence, be enrolled in an undergraduate university program, and be interested in and comfortable with working with high school students in under-served communities.
